inventory expansion quest

I know about the guy we go to at around lvl 10, i know about the expansion we get for lvl 300 gathering. and the one for lvl 50. there was one you could get and go to several towns and gather some stuff.But i forgot where it starts and what level you need to be

    Can confirm the link which counter posted.

    The questgiver for "homefront" is found in Kaiator. If you see Kaiator as a clock, he's standing at 6 in his little cubicile (look for the yellow !)

    ty all for your replies, I got to 55 and did the quest now have 104 inventory boxes(got to 300 on all gathering at the same time)
