Kaby Lake processors

Not sure if any PC building enthusiasts are out there but, is anyone going to get them off its release?

I for 1 will be upgrading from my nearly-dying laptop into a desktop that runs tera on 60-70 fps when there is nothing much going on but drops down to 2fps in dungeons like dfnm despite all possible tweaks to the system (i7 3rd gen). It will be a full upgrade, meaning I will get the Z270 processors and gpus too. Probably an i5 7600k.

Comments

  • How is tera running on the i5-7600k? I'm thinking about getting a new pc, either i5-7600 or i7-7700 and I'm curious about your performance.
