Point thing missing

I don't remember what it's called. But you collected points daily from it, or you go into a dungeon for points. It also had a shop in it. It was a large circle. I'm pretty sure that valkyrie patch didn't remove it since I distinctly remember collecting points on it with my valk. Where did it go? Is my game just bugged or is it gone for good? I've reran the game multiple times and I can't find it.
