Not getting to dungeon using instance matching?

Since yesterday, my wife and I are unable to use instance matching. We queue up for a dungeon, do the usual waiting and when the queue finally pop we get the loading screen and lo and behold we are just where we were before the queue popped (not getting teleported to the dungeon).

Yesterday we went to the dungeon teleport as well and tried to zone in from there, with the result of being put back outside after the loading screen. Having to abandon groups like this, is not something I like to do as I assume others are waiting in queue as well hoping to get a dungeon run done.

Some people said it was a known issue, and advised to log out and back on again. Tried that, but with the same result. Kind of sad it being extra reward weekend and we cannot do any dungeon it seems, everything was fine last weekend... We just came back about a month ago after being out for over 3 years, got to 65 and the dungeon we tried today was Balder's Temple (I know it is a 60 dungeon, but it is available in the instance matcher)

Any advice from the community?

    You're better off using lfg if that's been happening. I'm sure if you tell people what server you're on there'll be a lot of people willing to help, including myself.

    Other than restarting the launcher.... you might just have to hold out until the servers stop being crap. After the valk patch the servers just got worse than they already were, and now with x3 drops they're x3 worse as well.

    Side note: I know it's triple drops right now, but balders doesn't drop anything good. Don't waste your time doing that dungeon. Sabex Armory or Mecelarious Catacombs is better. Better rewards, and glyph boxes. :)

    @Aetona and @Jordansb1 - thank you both very much, reason for Balder was to wrap up a story quest in there. We are on TR and will try to use LFG instead then until this gets sorted out. Was a little bummed out as we have not had this problem before, as I am sure those we got matched with was just as frustrated...

    Yeah, today i was leveling my Berserker(also on TR), and 3 party members couldnt get in either by using IM, their experience was exactly the same as you described, they even tried using the teleportal like you. I couldnt even disband party or kick anyone because we were from different servers and it was impossible to be on the same instance.

    Happened to me and my husband tonight, and me a couple times before

    Have you tried closing out the launcher after you log out as well?

    @Minimana thank you for confirming experiencing the same issue... And @Tenshi1 yes, we even tried rebooting with the same result. So I guess for now, we have to try to use LFG until this issue is addressed.

    @Spacecats guess this would be something you could take forward?

    We only had this in the lvl 20 dungeon on valk release.
    We tried couple IMs to enter it, always same, we get teleported in and back out again, then we are invisible couple seconds.

    We havent touched dungeons below 65 ever since. 65 dungeons are all fine for us.

    I can confirm that this problem persists in lowbie dungeons on CH, TR and MT. Queue pops, you start porting in, the gauge goes to 100%, then starts over and runs from 1-100 again, then you spawn at your original location. Using a scroll to go to the dungeon entrance and entering through the portal does the same. The rest of the party often can't kick because not enough people. It's a mess.

    Same happened to my cousin and me when we were leveling our valkyries. Happened probably around 4-5 times and had to take the dropout debuff. Anyway, I believe the culprit is the queueing up as a duo/party. When I was solo leveling my berserker using instance matching yesterday it happened to two other players and when I asked if they were qued as a duo/pair they said yes. Hopefully a moderator can look into this.
    PS. This only started happening to us during this valkyrie release patch. I never had this problem using instance matching solo as my zerker from levels 20-60.
