Block the PC of Cheaters
I suggest even the PC they use must block and can't access to TERA En Masse anymore or any games in En masse. Cheater is always their, making more cheats and bugs about that game and this is ruining our games...

He clearly doesn't. Hasn't read enough cheat guides.
That's not how it works... at all.
You know nothing....
And those "cheaters" you are asking to block and the ones who got banned were also the ones who were trying to fix many of this game's issues.
The problem is that their tool's potential was used by some selfish players for the wrong purpouses. Banning those softwares developers was the wrong move to take....and going full "Robespierre" mode to scare off the community was another 'not so good' decision.
Only way to eliminate cheaters is to make them pay for the game each time they get banned...or sue them like Blizzard does.
ya that's called MAC address, IP address is your location address inside a network and inside an area.
Both are easily changeable as well, that's why it's always a dumb idea to IP ban, or even MAC address ban as you can just fake the address to someone machine that had no idea about the entire thing.
It's easier to hack the MAC address than to change the chassis number of a car, and they do the later as well when cloning cars.
ANYTHING can, just MAC address was probably already changed if you wanna hack anyway, and account is more efficient, way more control over that on their own side.
Well to begin with, actual hackers and the likes should just get banned on sight anyway, nothing of value is lost.
They wouldn't bother with hunting down DPS meters and S1.Engine file tweaks. It's just [filtered] to do so, but they gotta keep on the safe side so no hackerinos comes saying like "this is not a hack it's just a QoL change like the S1.Engine!" they'll just say it to have a reason to ban in case it's needed.
I don't see why people who are NOT hacking are bothering so much with it.
