Pls Fix Skills with ping dependent: Rapid Fire, Burst Fire, Avalanch etc...
Players with High ping cant play with these classes... And exploit in Lachelith RMHM still work. Fix it pls.

Send in ninjas to sneak in to Korea at wreck their awesome internet thereby forcing all South Koreans back on to dialup and in turn making BlueHole notice there is a problem with ping dependent skills.
Face it, NATera is an afterthought for Bluehole and EME can't do anything about core stuff like skills. Nothing will be done about it when everyone on KTera has like 15 ping or something.
What about a p2w mount pasive skill that allows to have 0 ping on skills *kappa*
Or instead send those ninjas to dismantle america's internet monopoly and install fiber everywhere.

Chaining a skill to itself automatically means that it requires user input to work, which inherently means it's gonna have a problem with higher ping.
Removing the ability to chain the skill activating itself and making it let rip like Traverse Cut with a chain into another skill at any point the chains is gonna require a rework, but would probably solve the problem.
I always entirely ignore those "It's impossible to play with ping higher than 2 nanoseconds!!!!" threads, people just blame all their lack of experience on ping.
No, just no. You don't have any mechanics in this game that makes you need to react in one tenth of a second so no it doesn't happen.
You may at worst case not output that insane DPS because your chains aren't that fast, that's it. Timing I-frames and all is easy actually. You learn the mechanic - you learn the timing - you time it.
...stop working at all??? Playing for 3 years with 180ms constant and never seen a SINGLE skill that doesn't work. I do understand the speed of cast gets reduced, that is exactly what I said above. Saying it downright doesn't work is plain lie. Even that Evasive Smash that is insanely short time frame of usage WORKS.
Don't confuse sudden ping increases to constant high ping tho, if the case is that a player with normal, say, 100ms ping suddenly gets (even if constant) 200ms, it just screws him entirely. Everything is happening 1/10 of a second sooner than the player learned. Spikes are the worst, you can't even predict when the delay will happen. Constant high ping is totally manageable, I just agree that you do lose some DPS. And that IS what I said.

what even doesn't work on Shadow Burst??? What's broken on it? Does less DPS? Some super hyper fast chain should work and it doesn't?? Cause the skill triggers normally here, chained or not, nothing wrong as far as I see. What even fails there??
It doesn't chain to itself so you can't get the second cast if your ping is too high.
Fire Avalanche desyncs on high ping so you never get the third hit on each cast.
Spinning Death chains into itself infinitely, draining all of your mana and spamming the animation so you can't cast it by holding it down.
Rapid Fire/Burst Fire/Burning Heart are obviously much slower and the latter didn't even work with high ping on release.
Yeah, it happens, I've experienced that, like Burning Heart going into cd even though I'm still pressing the key and have plenty of Chakra left, or other skills just not activating at all yet going into cd. Maybe it is from a spike, but then shouldn't that still count as high ping?
