How does one specifically get a federation bill? Does the federation bill time counter restart at 12 am? and you have to play for like 10 minutes?

    Federation Bills are mailed once per day (5 in one post) If you were logged in that day. I get mine when I log in after 7pm CST

    The fed bills is not there the moment u logged in.
    U have to be online in-game for 5 min or so, then u'll receive a parcel of the fed bills.
    The reset time for the fed bills is the same as Elite reward, at 5 pm PST.

    They can also be included in certain loot boxes from the EMP store, but yeah the main way to get them is via parcel every day.

    Can also get 1,000 for leveling to 65 with a Buddy-up code.

    I got mine via buddy box thru my mail the instant I turned 65 last night...and spent half already lol

    You get 5 a day, sent all at once in your mail at 5 pm pacific time.

    I have waiting for an hour and still nothing.

    If you have any other characters, check their parcels as well. Might of logged in with one of them and not noticed they received the fed bills.

    sometimes it does glitch due to the time you logged in last and the time you log in next. its kinda weird and has only happened to me like 5 time since they started them. if you didn't get them with a different character, you should get them the next day. sometimes it has to reset the time.
    I never reported it as a bug cause like I said it only happened about 5 times , and I got them the next day. twice when that happened, I got them , then a little while later lke 30 mins or so, I got them again. I guess it was making up for the ones it didn't give me. but try to make it a few mins after 5 pm pst, and try to make it around the same time every day logging in.

    So get in after 5 pm pst and stay for 5 minutes and get 5? If i am understanding it right Collectively?

    Yes, you'll have to stay for a bit anyway. Sometimes I get them quite quickly, but others a few minutes. I sometimes spend that time looking through the game shop or fashion coupon store. That seems to make it go faster on occasion, but it is probably just the distraction at work.

    You only get 5 a day total.
