Me and a friend are wondering what the game is like now compared to then. We love the game's combat and ultimately don't remember why we ever quit so we were interested in rolling new characters (of some of the new classes) and playing to cap again with what seems to be a new leveling experience and trying the new 2017 version of the game, I hear a lot has changed? Are BAMs still pretty fun to try and solo/duo with a friend? I heard they "nerfed" BAMs to be super easy or something? That a thing too?

I'm gonna be rolling a Valkyrie and my friend will roll a Gunner.

Can anyone give me the scoop from top to bottom?

    Hey, lots has changed, tbh about solo BAM's i miss the good old one when the game came out, you did a mistake or not the good class you died.. now you just run in 1 or 2 shots them.

    use it on a character under lvl 9.

    Valkyrie and Gunner is not a bad team but if you want to lvl up very fast build a Brawler and a Gunner team. You will be able to clear all dongeons just by yourselfs.

    I tried a Valkyrie but I will delete it, I don't like the game play.

    My favorite classes are : Brawler - Sorcerer - Gunner - Archer

    Hey! The thing about the BAMs in game is that it depends entirely on your skill. A while ago they nerfed BAMs and then recently they buffed them so that they, along with monsters inside dungeons, would be harder to defeat. But BAMs are always a good way to get used to your class in terms of positioning and learning their attacks; a lot of BAMs in open world will have the same mechanics as certain bosses in dungeons.

    At current the top tier DPS are sorcerer, archer, and valkyrie. Of course, valkyrie might be getting nerfed soon, as is with all new classes. However; play whatever you want! Don't let other people tell you that so and so class is better because they hit harder - I played archer when it was the lowest DPS tier in game, but I loved it. Play a class that lets you have fun and keeps your interest. As for anything else - well, you'll see a lot of people just powerleveling through the game, but the game has some really beautiful scenes and places that is nice to appreciate. Even more so if you're doing it with a friend. Real gameplay starts at level 65, but don't rush to get there.
