Temporary Bank Space Bug

The title says most of what the bug is but i'll explain. So, i did the buddy up system and got my bank pages reward, and about 2-3 days later those spaces (whatever i filled up in any other bank page) were suddenly turned into "Temporary" bank space O.o . It was my understanding that these bank spaces were permanent from the description and me remembering that there wasn't a limited amount of days described in the consumable item.

Please post if you have had the same problem so we can get the great enmasse team to notice and take quick action

    Before last week's patch, they were suppose to be permanent. Although, something when wrong with the <[Account] Bank Expansion > and the tabs were removed. Hopefully with today's maintenance that this problem will be fixed, with the rest of the Buddy Up items that are broken. I'm sorry you're having this problem, but I can assure you that your temporary bank is permanent as long as there are items in it. Other from that, the En Masse team is aware of this problem and their trying to find a solution to fix this bug.

    yeah I sent a ticket last week and still haven't heard anything from them. they could at least give some sort of response seeing how its something important

    There's delayed responses at the moment due to how much they're dealing with. I had to wait a while for my last ticket.
  • I sent my ticket to. Really hoping this will get resolved soon and I get my 5th tab with the stuff in it back. Im even worried that I will lose my other 4 tabs to coz they are marked as temporary. EME how is the investigation going? Any news about this?
