Anyone know what was in this? There is nothing in the patch notes, but it's gotta be something significant if it's that big, right?

    I haven't gotten a 2 GB patch on my end... is it possible that you've come back from a hiatus, or even just being gone a week? If not, there is a possibility it's fixing corrupted or missing game files in your TERA folder. I'm not 100% on what it may be, apologies.

    (Right, I've forgotten about Steam.)

    You are the steam version. Every time there is a patch, steam pushes all the update.
    while the normal launcher just change the necessary files
