You're the one who made a strawman and tried to directly compare different classes toolkits to eachother so at this point I don't think I'm assuming.
Even in class v class matchups of the classes you listed sorc has its own definite counters to every skill you listed but discussing hypotheticals vs actually playing the game is zzzz

Sorcs have reactive counterplay to backstab/leash? You're going to have to explain that one since there's no travel time on either of them. Sorcs can stop a lancer 50% health heal? I don't think so.
Sorcs aren't the worst class at all, but they aren't the PvP gods you're making them out to be, they never have been apart from VM1 when they could 2 shot anyone. So go learn to PvP, although it's probably too late.

Pre 65 sorcs had been a joke for almost 2 years and now they're a mid tier class at best. No one is underrating them, they're simply not as effective as you want to believe.

I already said vm1 sorcs were overpowered, sorcs were viable right up until etchings were released. Were you just reading what you wanted to see?

I don't know anyone playing Valk in CH who actually knows what they are doing or could possibly PvP without killing in one combo.

Anywho here's a tier list on duels right now. Debatable of course.
Top Tier:
Valkyrie
Lancer
High Tier:
Brawler
Warrior
Reaper
Mid Tier:
Gunner
Archer
Ninja
Low Tier:
Sorcerer
Slayer
Berserker
Note that player skill > this tier list.
For example, if you know how to one-combo on Slayer (yes, they have a 100-0 combo if you're a God at stagger timings and stagger timings out of stuns) then you're sure as hell not low tier.
This list is based on skill ceiling for maximum potential plus skill floor for good performance on the class.
For example, Valks are top tier because they have a low skill floor to perform well while at the same time they have a very high skill ceiling where their potential for dueling is phenomenal should one actually be good.
Another example reason why Slayers are so low in the list above is because their skill floor is incredibly high and their skill ceiling is also incredibly high. Same can be said for Bersekers and sorcs.
Warriors have a very low skill floor, but an incredibly high skill ceiling, similar to that of Valks. You'll know when you're fighting a good warrior, but a bad warrior can still perform extremely well against people around the same skill level in duels thanks to how reliable backstab is.
