[TR] Looking for a static/smallguild

A friend of mine and me started playing this game recently on the US servers (we are old players from EU, but we took a long break before coming back, salt was 2 much). and are looking for a static for running dungeons or a small tightly knit guild for the same purpose.
I can say that we are 'new but competent' so if there are people out there that do not mind a couple of "getting used to deaths" you'd be "buying yourselves" some good players. We are playing multiple characters though our "mains" are a Mystic and a Valk.
What do we offer:
1. A healer/DPS equipped in Guile +12. (alternatively double dps, but need to get guile to 12 then on my archer or slayer)
2. We've had no issue clearing content so far, but once harder dungeons started, PUGs simply weren't doing a job efficiently anymore. Not to mention the ridiculous 40 minute queue times.
3. We are from EU and that means 'weird playtimes' for some people I guess. Our timezone is GMT+1 (now displayed as BST). Click the link to see how that fits with you. We are ussually active from 6pm - 23pm (our time).
What are we looking for:
1. At the very minimum a Tank, preferably a 2/3 person team that has a tank. (alternatively, a small guild that runs harder things daily). When I say harder things I do not mean Harrowhold or RMHM, I mean SSHM, LKHM, BP, SCHM. We are totally not equipped or ready for RMHM. We are looking for people that are going to spam before-mentioned content daily as they grind their way into higher gear and content, I know that SSHM or LKHM is not considered 'hard' and I do not think it is extremely hard either, it is just "hard enough to deter people from running it in a PUG" which presents issues.
2. Voicecomm is a must, be it discord, skype, but we need to communicate (skype preferably honestly in case of a small group, discord in case of a guild obviously).
3. Playtimes similar to ours. Doesn't have to be a 100% match, there are still lower dungeons that can be done with PUGs that award things, so long as at least 2 hours (and preferably more) are overlapping between our playtimes I think it will be fine in order to run daily stuff.
4. Competent above average players. We are new(ish) yes, it is okay if you are as well, so long as you are good, since we are. Now "good" is hard to determine, but to that I can attest that whilst faced with similarly geared players, 100% of the times my friend is topping the meters, if they have better gear, then he does fall out. He has no issues with dps (duh he is a valk), has a bit of issues with 'panicking' when he needs to dodge a mechanic such as a lasser in SCHM but that will be 'fixed' when he gets more comfortable (which takes a bit of practice, which we can't have because of 40 minutes queue times). As for healing, I do have people dying on me when they do not dodge, I hardly see that as my fault though. I check healing done in 7 man stuff, always beat the other guy, no exception. So IDK, i'd say we are okay, but need to practice before I can absolutely say we are a wrecking ball!
