Patch 54.02 HONORBOUND my opinion

In my opinion That patch was not awesome because of the dungeon part. I really like be able to ride a mount in the dungeons makes it easier for achievements. The increase in difficulty for Ebon tower and down is ridiculous. All the patch did is made it longer and annoying. Now if you made longer with the boon mechanic that would be interesting cause you actually have a threat of dying besides having 99 lives. Ebon tower and down you don't have to worry about crystals cause you get a lot of them. So bringing back boon for the those level puts back the feeling of " oh [filtered] " back in the game cause people dont want to die. For Channel works, Demokron factory and kalivans challenge, channel works is just annoying the last boss takes a long time to kill that is not harder just a long time to kill him. The demokron i hardly notice the difference. Kalivan challenge i notice the different in the first boss when minions or adds are exploding the bombs. The first boss is only harder cause the boss takes longer to die.

in theory making leveling dungeons harder should teach players to play their classes better. i reality people still facetank bosses, not enchanting their gear etc. worst thing is that now you can't get IM queue without tank, that's why people wait like 20-30 minutes to get in. putting blast from the past back in the game would be a great solution to solve long matching times and keep new players in game. cause tbh, if whole community claims that dungeons are fastest leveling, which it is, people kinda lose their interest in game in endless waiting.

*cough*Healers/tanks mainly. I can not tell you how many times I've been in a lvling dg with a bad healer

And someone needs to tell them that they need to turn on that glyph that increases the healing lock-on skill by two. This really irritates me as one who also plays healers. That's the very first glyph every healer needs to turn on

    @Tenshi1

I lost count on how many dungeons I have been with Valks (that aren't new to tje game with other dps class) not iframing, not using motes at all or panicking and using al motes near them when they only neee one.

This kind of problems are bad habits from several veteran players that got too dependant to their end-game gear and lose or not once developed his skills as players.

That's why I think many ppl find this change to be "annoying". Same for healers and tanks. Ppl seem way too gear dependant and wont try to iframe damage that should be avoidable.

I know it doesn't prove anything but when I lvl up my Valk I was the only one to not die on the low lvl dungeon and if I had to back off to wait healing the dps from party decreased a lot. Almost all my IM parties were of 3-4 Valks and one healer, being priest the most common on them.

NO ONE uses motes! When you're a mystic, this is frustrating! I was in a dg with this guy once and he kept telling me to heal him if he was down a LITTLE BIT on health, and he would NOT, dare I say it, eat my [filtered]

Sam here. And with slayer, everyone complains "They're too squishy". No, you just can't dodge for squat... Same with val, if you can't dodge, just don't play it please. No healer wants to keep healing you if you never dodge anything

If you're lagging it's another story.

Not when you are achievement grinding, on a healer.

I also cannot tell you how many bad dps I've ran into. The other day while I was hanging around in a low level map (for achievements) and saw this archer killing mobs with only [Arrow]. Thought it'd help to whisper them and tell them to use [Radiant Arrow] and the reply I got was something along the lines of don't tell me how to play games.

I don't usually use motes to heal people so I'm fine with them not eating it. Motes for me is usually to top off my own health and cleanse.

Let me re-phrase it: If they DIE with a HORDE of motes around them, and they complain you let them die, THEN I'm not a nice mystic

That is true, I've seen people died next to motes, I laughed.
Every healer has a god complex, let's all admit it.
  • shhhhh just let me die in a horde of motes, its the best way to go. cause it lets me know how blind i really am.

Then you better not complain to us XD
  • Motes aren't really a viable way to heal people end-game, though. It's good for certain mechanics and cleansing (ie RMHM swipe) but not really for healing others. It should really be used for the 20% self heal glyph, in my opinion; the lock on heal and boomerang pulse should be enough for others.

you dont use motes, but this no mean other mistics dont used, is secondary "healing"skill and is usefull for somes mecanics like rm when mistics healing other dude and you have bleed debuff ( + potions),
  • @Tenshi1 i only really complain when i die is cause how [filtered] I'm doing, how i don't know the mechanics of said dungeon, how the tank does not hold aggro well enough, or if I'm getting to greedy and ignoring mechanics to pop that extra scythe :x (i need to stop that badly, its the main reason i die)
