*cough*Healers/tanks mainly. I can not tell you how many times I've been in a lvling dg with a bad healer

And someone needs to tell them that they need to turn on that glyph that increases the healing lock-on skill by two. This really irritates me as one who also plays healers. That's the very first glyph every healer needs to turn on

Just finished leveling a Sorcerer. I did not get a tank that could hold aggro until level 59. I tanked 80% of every instance on my sorc.

During this experience (last 2 days) I ran across 1 healer who had no crystals / brooch (at 62 but otherwise did a good job), the rest seemed semi competent / engaged in what they were doing.

8 out of 10 tanks were missing multiple crystals and did not bother enchanting chest or boots (some of them anything). So many of them were slow movers and melee dps would get impatient and pull for them. Some of them did not even seem to be aware they were in the tank role.

I can be pretty confident in saying not a single tank who tanked for me while I was leveling will make it to Lilith. I could also see every healer but one becoming mains or at least decent at what they were doing as they all did pretty well (having to keep a sorc tank alive).

I also caught myself doing that same chit that pisses me off so much when I am on my priest (moving around so much that heals miss me or making healers chase me putting them in harms way).

Unfortunately they went with an easy route of just increasing the defensive stats of bosses mostly, resulting in runs just being slower and additional annoyance. Still not much of an environment to have inexperienced players learn much of anything. Importance of crystals, and readjustment of when abilities are learned (I think they're finally going to work on this part...) should have been thought of instead of just increasing defense. While leveling they need to be introduced to various things overtime, the only portion of systems set at 65 you're introduced to while leveling is enchanting your gear and crystals briefly.

I agree with @Strangers1 this patch was a complete disaster. How many valk do you guys see around? new players are being filtered not welcomed in the game. 1 hour to complete one dungeon is not fun. New players have no idea what they are doing most of the time, feedstock drops suck and alk is same and the real Tera experience begins at lvl 65. I understand that EME have little that they can do, I mean they are nothing really just a delivery person, they are nothing but puppets who are told what to do. unfortunately we have no way of contacting the publisher and the illusion of forum is here to shut us up, and keep us happy and under the illusion that our voices matter.

Motes aren't really a viable way to heal people end-game, though. It's good for certain mechanics and cleansing (ie RMHM swipe) but not really for healing others. It should really be used for the 20% self heal glyph, in my opinion; the lock on heal and boomerang pulse should be enough for others.

Yeah I mainly use my volley heal and totem, but leave motes as well (They're especially helpful if I die and can't res)

@starfoxrocks I recommend maybe check out a vid or two being going into a new dg if you're feeling a bit nervous :)
