    Check your launcher.log, but my guess is that the game tried to perform a repair and you might not have enough free space on the drive.

    I have checked the log. It stalled on the download. I have plenty of space btw. But I manually downloaded the patch files using the links in the log and placed them in the correct folders. Then I relaunched and perfect. Manual patch.

    Been having a issue with the Steam Version of the game(Haven't tried the Non-Steam Version Yet), The game will hang after hitting play for around 10 minutes then finally load. been 2 days after the S&S update was released and i'v seen someone else having the same issue on the Tera Steam Group forums for tera.

    LOG IN PROBLEM. Im using steam account, i already played 92 hrs. and got a level 63 brawler, when i launch Tera it automatically logged in as my steam account but suddenly today i launch Tera using my steam account then it pops up that i need to log in and needs to log as gmail account or facebook account, so i tried the gmail that i used in steam after i got logged in there were no character created. Help Please. :(

    For some reason I am unable to open launcher, yesterday it worked all fine. The launcher is just not opening. It is already added to windows defender exception, I also try disconnecting from internet but it just wont work. Any help?

    It sounds like you have two EME accounts, and the one that your characters on is on a different email address. Your Steam account normally just gets linked to your EME account, so if you figure out your right EME account your characters will be there.

    I know this is a basic suggestion, but if you haven't already done so, I would try restarting the computer completely. I've seen cases where this clears up this sort of issue.

    I was able to open the client while servers were down today but when I closed and reopened the launcher my launcher was stuck at 0% with grey boxes instead of the picture ads for Crusades and the XP event and after a while it told me "unable to download manifest". I also couldn't reach the Tera website starting around 30 minutes before the server came up. This problem is only happening for the Tera website and Tera's launcher and only from my actual internet. Currently I'm using my phone as a hotspot and I can connect to Tera's launcher/Website just fine. I'm not having problems with any other site or gaming platform I use though so I feel like the problem is more Tera related than AT&T's internet related (or at least more in the connection between them than a general internet problem).

    EDIT: After about an hour and a half of problems it seems like I can connect to Tera again. Still really annoying because I missed my chance at server reset BAMs. Will update if problems occur again.

    ok since this patch i'm really annoyed log in in the launche then i clic "play" the banner appear like 1min then dissapear and game never runs wtf is this?

    i am getting this issue after my game froze, i restarted my pc also and i am getting this
    Error -101 when loading url https://account.enmasse.com/launcher/1/authenticate
