    Lucid effect and Shadows, drop them down to 0 you'll gain way more FPS if you wander around the world

    Cut down the effects slider, too, on 1 - The Valkyrie attacks are a firework of effects, adjusting the slider helps when trash in huge numbers are getting rounded up and beaten down by them.

    It never was allowed, it's not something that should be a concern. You can be penalized for it, but if all you're doing is minor tweaks then you probably won't. It simply isn't allowed in case you do something horribly wrong it means you are fully responsible for what comes out of your decision to tinker with it; or in case some sort of exploit is found which is what would cause EME to suspend you. In the end, it's always been disallowed, but if you're not cheating there's nothing to be worrying about.

    TERA has a FPS indicator built in. You can choose to display it somewhere in the UI options I believe.
