Hello and welcome! Some of you may know me, others not, to those interested in playing Tera with an amazing growing community of mature and diverse players, I invite you to apply to our humble guild.
What is KIG?
Kaahn is great, three of the most mellifluous words the English language could ever hope to combine into one phrase. Simply put, it's the greatest guild.
I'm just a player, fairly new to Tera, approaching my first year. While I absolutely love the PvP system, I find it hard to function in any PvP guild with players who rather play the game to fill some sort of social void in their lives. KIG is here to bring players like myself together to form a community to help each other advance in this game in its PvP aspects. While I am technically the leader of KIG, I run the guild as a democracy, and take all the core members suggestions into consideration. We have an awesome diverse community, with a US base, BR base, and European base. We require a basic and limited English comprehension, and offer two TS servers for you to join, One English, and the other Portuguese.
What to Expect?
PvP PvP and PvP. From events in the guild, to FWC/CS, to wiping Manyshits and stoppables in VO/Fey, we do it all! Some of us DO PvE... we're just not super duper great at it but we manage. Very chill guild with humble players, everyone is friendly.
Requirements:
+12 Starfall/Conflate weapon + chest
TeamSpeak with a microphone.
Recruit phase:
Getting into our core is fairly simple, be active in TS, be active in our PvP activities, impress people. However, don't feel like you'll get kicked for sucking. I, along with others in my guild help build all our members in PvP, giving advice, running FWC/TDMs, 1v1s, 3s ect. Getting out of the recruitment phase would mean you have an adept understanding of your class and you are a likable individual among the rest of KIG, be it the US base or BR base.
What CAN get you kicked?
We have a core of ABOUT 12 players. Should the majority of those 12 people not like you, you'll be in hot water. Doing that is hard, to date no one has been kicked so far. Hopefully because we do such a great job with our interviews weeding shleems out :awesome:

Oh, and my character's name is Kahn (on MT)....just thought I'd throw that out there
You sir don't know how great Kaahn is and how inferior you are to him
But that only proves my point, that it is not very inviting to new members, who may not know him from Adam.
The guild is growing fast and everyone that's inside is staying for a good reason, and I don't think it's because of my charming narcissistic personality/guild-name.
A few weeks ago a psychopathic kid (Alii), joined our guild and, long story short, he wasted 3 weeks of his life pvping with us to pull a 250k gold scam on me (He was to craft conflate for me, took the mats and ran).
A lot of the MT community erupted into trolling global, supporting someone who had scammed me on Tera. I wasn't too annoyed by the 250k gold, rather that this piece of [filtered] managed to slither his way to earning our trust and betraying it for something as petty as game-gold. I logged off shortly after that, disgusted by Tera, while the members of KIG decided to put their funds together to craft me the Conflate gloves that Alii had ripped off me. It was pretty touching, and it's something I wanted to share here to give people a glimpse at the awesome community KIG has become.
Looking back, I'm happy Alii decided to scam me, it has only made KIG even stronger ^.^
It sounds like a great guild but i'm going to have to agree with that guy, Guild name can persuade certain people from wanting to join or not to join.
