So I've seen this a long time ago and after all this time, I thought I've been there about a year ago or longer when I was doing the tourist achievements. I thought "Is that a statue or really a living woman?" and I thought I reached the conclusion that she was having slight movements and breathing but now I'm not so sure because I can't find where this is! Is this an area of the game as it is right now? Was it in the game but vanished? Is it a future area?

    I have a few ideas. It's either early concept for Catanics, Velika or Kaitor. All have huge women in the cities.

    Those buildings and stone walkways look a lot like Baldera, if Baldera wasn't an empty, desolate wasteland. Considering that it and the area surrounding it is mapped as the "65~70" leveling zone, there's still hope for this appearing in the game at some point.

    Maybe you saw the glowing monument at the center of Kaiator?

    If you go to one of the districts at the center of Kaiator and turn a 180, you'll see her staring at you. May or may not be alive. May or may not be watching you...

    This image looks like it's in a city, way bigger than the stone walkways of Baldera. Besides, there are no visible mountains in that image and the mountains around Baldera are quite tall and mostly everywhere.

    As for what I saw, I don't remember clearly but if it wasn't a dream than it wasn't that for sure. The statue doesn't move or breathe and I saw movement. Must have been a dream, all right. Hope a Dev can answer me, though. The place looks all kinds of cool : D
