The names I see in IMS are quite wonderful. People have very strange and fantastic names.

i agree once met a mystic named medical malpractice it was hilarious!
  • Another name which gave me the giggles through ims was 'fukku.mai.laifu'

Then stop playing immediately. Are you a masochist? If you come to the point to announce that you don't have fun in Tera, stop playing!

As I main a priestess, I know how annoying adds can be for healers. So lately I'm playing Valkyrie and trying to keep the adds away. For this, I just bash onto the healer. The poor Elin priestess somehow got more irritated seeing me bashing on her than noticing the adds. She moved away and I followed her, still bashing "on her standing place" to kill the surrounding adds. I also was a little tired, so I still bashed her spot even as the adds were all dead.

I remember that a rookie group let my die at Kalivans in the lightning. I explained them that we had to share the incoming damage (today we have a big red warning "divert damage blabla"). After that single sentence, the whole group did it perfectly. It's nice to see people adopting to game mechanics.

I remember one run where a sorcerer drew aggro. In panic, he ran away, of course not in direction of the lancer. He mana shielded, teleported, tried to slow down the boss by throwing ice and further damage and still ran away from all of us. The lancer, the 3 DPS and the healer (me) were running behind in circles and tried to damage the boss. I have no idea if the sorcerer was doing this on purpose, but it was fun to chase the boss, who itself was chasing the sorcerer.

Went into a demokron factory run one time. Some archer drew aggro before the brawler was even ready. Lancer boss runs after this archer, who proceeds to run around the room like a crazy person. Our tank got aggro back (the red circle was under him) but the lancer boss continued to chase the archer, who was now running in circles like something out of a benny hill music video.

Another time in IMS, we had a brawler at Vault of Kaprima. Entered the room with the lancer boss and this brawler grabbed aggro, noticed the boss coming for her, and straight up left the room. I laughed the hardest I'd laughed all week.
  • Best thing i ever done in DG?
Ooooooh boy, i always remember that, doing kezzel gorge, two of the most funny thing:
    - First, the day when we have put the boss at 20% BEFORE the cannons, yes we did that, somehow we break the AI, and break our fingers, MAN that taked too long, but we did.
    - Second, i will NEVER do anything more cool than that, that day i made a mistake, i started the dungeon WITHOUT A HEALER, the way we all coordinate to tank the boss, when one person got 50% life, the next one got the aggro, we keep doing that, sadly we didn't finished, boss break the Gate when he had 2% HP. But even with the fail we had such good run.
  • Oh, I am doing them everyday
I pass all the loots XD

Ran RMNM with three lancers and a brawler this morning...thanks friends, that was some of the most fun I've had in a while.

It was rounds 1, 2, and 3 of the Aggro Grand Championship. Final round TBD.
  • Last weekend I leved up a lancer on the Ascension Valley server, and had queued for Golden Labyrinth. I had accepted the "un-ideal party" option because leveling dungeons were taking a while to IM queue. After like 10 minutes the queue pops, and the party composition ended up being... 3 lancers, 1 brawler, and a priest.

Was expecting problems, but everyone was super chill and friendly (we even did the "protect Elleon" quest for the healer, too.) The run was a bit slow, and sometimes each of us tried to position the bosses for the non-existent backcrit DPS, but everyone was competent at their role. Aggro switched a bunch between all of us (kinda messing up the boss attacks in a helpful way) but we were all in front of the boss, so it was a pretty smooth run.

Definitely one of the more fun/memorable dungeon runs I've had.
