Imperator vs. Ambush

Hi all, returning player here. I have a few questions that hope you guys could shed a light on.

1) Is Imperator still worth obtaining & awakening? (Currently have a full +12 Guile set)
2) Craft & upgrade Ambush weapon/set OR Purchase an already +15? Which is cost efficient?

Server is TR. Average ambush box prices atm is at 230k and a +15 Ambush weap (350), +15 imp weap (150-180k)

    None. Keep money and mats for Guile 2.0 coming up next week with the patch55.

    Guile 2.0 is 6% under Ambush in overall stats.
    That's not much, and with that guile 2.0 you 'll be able to farm mostly anything during the patch to get T12 gear. :)

    Correct me if i'm wrong tho.

    1. No. We're getting the next gear tier Soon™, and that will be better than Imp +15. Don't bother getting Imp this late.

    2. I'd say purchasing a +15 will be much cheaper, unless you can get both a box and a +15 scroll for less than the weapon, because getting it to +15 can be surprisingly expensive. I know I spent something like 15k tier 11 feedstock on one (1) piece. Yeah.

    Appreciate it the quick and thorough responses guys. That seems to be right, I can clear pretty much everything with the current guile
