So i cant seem to find this oneiric engineer even during the apparent times. am i doing something wrong?

    Seems pretty silly to not disable the quest though, every new 65 still gets the quest, which is just confusing for new players.

    The old quest for old nexus still popped up when reaching 60 for months after it was removed, so don't hold your breath.

    The open world event was turned off because of countless complaints about server lag during the event- there hasn't been a fix on it or a word about its return, though i'm sure EME and BHS are working on it since it is the only other open world event, other than Rally Quests that happen at illogical times once or twice a day :3

    There's no perfect Dreamstorm, only Nexus.
