just wondering, send a ticket about costume change, been waiting for 10 days now, still no respond, how long does it usually take?

    About 2 weeks give or take a couple days. It's pretty long

    I've had a ticket since the 22nd of April (2 weeks tomorrow), some people are reporting 3-4 weeks, and the latest drama hasnt helped ticket times.

    I think if these bank slot issue gets fixed, and players close their tickets can help a ton. I am waiting for this to happen and send mine, hopefully not huge shet happen with new patch tho lol
