Bank Tabs disapearng

I received 3 bank tabs in the mail using the budyup program the day before the rewards program fix. The next day all three tabs disappeared from my bank. I submitted a ticket and received what may be an autoresponse stating to not submit multiple tickets on the same issue (I submitted the one on this issue). All I would like is my bank tabs returned back to the bank. Thank you.

    Aw, I just submitted a ticket and found this. I purchased two bank expansions from the broker* this weekend and today they're gone. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one somehow and hope to be able to hear from EME soon.

    Edit: I don't know if buddy code ones can be sold through the broker, and those are the only ones mentioned on the Known Issues thread, not the normal ones.

    The buddy-up code rewards changed to buggy items after the Valk patch, the bugged expansions can be traded. Avoid purchasing the variants that have "Account" in the item name.

    I don't even remember if they said account or not, but I think it's too late now. Thank you though.
