Are you going to stick to the topic or are you going to try to start some provocative statement again? It'll be nice you stick to the topic this time and quit trying to provoke everyone you disagree with. You're a prime example to why folks don't want to participate in these forums.
Not particularly agreeing with OP, but there's a thing called "silent majority."
Back-handed as it is, they do have a point - the voice of one is not the voice of all. And one of several things that many (American) people cannot stand is when someone else tries to speak for them, especially if it's a contentious topic (just look at the (cough) "President" of the US).
Also, there are a major factor you're leaving out: some people don't care for the forums, either in part or at all. They remain blissfully ignorant (for better or worse) of the constant craziness of the forums especially since, as you said before, there is usually a crapstorm of some kind raging therein, and some people don't even care to observe what's going on. They just play the game and go the [filtered] about their business.
And while that's true, the silent majority usually chooses to stay silent for various reasons. They could become part of the vocal ones, but refuse. That's on them if they don't feel like saying anything.
Not that even us forum users have much of a say in what events we get, anyway.
Just because they sarcastically point out flaws in your argument mean you get a get out of jail free card. It's clear why your rebuttal was "victim card" because you know if you did your argument would collapse. Anecdotes =/= Facts.
OK I'm just [filtered] w/ you FYI ppl on forum don't hate mongo per say they disliked how it was implemented b/c it could potentiallywreck the economy for some which has long term negative effects in game and not everyone could participate.
What about the other replies I have made?

But let's recap!
There's plenty of ways to provide feedback other than posting on forums.
This. It's also the same on most topics. Like I mentioned before, even our university's student council elections only a minority vote, always with the same mindsets. The silent majority is silent because they either don't want to get involved, they don't feel like they could get people with their mindset involved, or whatever the circumstances, but you just can't force them voice an opinion they don't want, or may not even have.
OP seems to simply want the majority, that doesn't even necessarily wants to get involved, to voice their opinions. But, it doesn't work that way in real life, and games are made of people from real life.
Can't do that anymore these days because it's trivial to create new accounts. Back in the day when everyone was a subscriber (and had to have paid for the game) it wasn't very practical for people to create new accounts, but not the case now. (That's also partly why vanarchy itself is gone.)
Most of the actual tera population dont know a single english word xD.
Yet the largest Tera Discord would be the main source of voter "fraud."
