Anyone know when 60 scrolls will be usable on Valks?

I know for a lot of people, the leveling process is super funsies and a relatively quick process but leveling for me is more a "meh, its gotta get done" mentality. Using one of the scrolls would make it way quicker. Has this been discussed at all, because if it has I'm sorry for mentioning it. I fail at search syntax.

    I believe that it's usually a month after the class has been released. There's been no official word on it as far as I'm aware though.
