BHS is looking for players to test for balance patch coming on KTERA client this summer -- few months away!
Though, i'm worried because at the current state of KTERA, there's not that many good players right now.
I just hope they don't get the kind of people like last year's player conference where most of them sounded like clowns...

The types of players he's referring to were ones saying things like reapers didn't have enough i-frames/survivability. Sadly, BHS listened to some of it.
Edit: A whole 20 testers? This is serious.
I'm with Loriri. I hope they don't let in idiots that don't know how to play their classes and do balancing based off of their feedback. The requirements to apply are extremely casual.

Also it seems, Tera is going to see big changes, because this is surprising move from BHS since project W comes out next year.
PS: buff Vi class to oblivion so I can beat everything since I am a sock and also no one can mess with me while white knighting.
Maybe they resurrect Tera. Maybe this time they put to work exclusively on PVP and forget stupid monsters for a while.
NA have a lot of Pvpers trying things. Im almost all day on VO (FF) seing them test things and dueling. Yeah seing and not testing cause u know... 220 ms for me
but shouldn't they just be using mass user statistics for this?
20 people sounds ridiculous
The mass will have to include newbies or noobs who should learn the basic 1st before making quick conclusion. It is important for new players to experience the game but currently I think they r only aiming for endgame balance.

OK. It is not stupid question and also 20 ppl is not ridiculous.
This is how it works as I saw this system in other games, they already have the stats, they have the numbers they need, when they are announcing for testers, doesn't mean they want to collect stats, it means they already have the stats and collected them and now they want to tweak the numbers, instead of tweaking numbers w/o multiple test and just patching them in the game, they test them with those players to see the outcome after multiple tweaks and tests and by the time they reached pleasing new stats that was closer to the balance they were looking for, they will patch those changes, then again they double check the stats before changes on live servers to see how it effects majority. That is when few tweaking happens to reach ideal balance.
If it is NATERA I would have assumed that at least 80% of the endgame pop would have made it in.
But well its KTERA.
