Error 0109 : 0000 (solved)

Hi,after leave a CS match my game crashed and after that i can't log in one of my characters,i get that error msg 0109:0000 but i already did the file check thing and nothing,that character was at kanstria banker before going to CS ...anyone can help me please?it is my main :( wth, 2 days before new patch.

ps : i can log in on my other chars.just that who leaves CS i can't.

    It's possible your character got stuck in an area of the game where it can't load properly (I had this happen to be once, it's a scary place). The best course of action is to sumbit a ticket explaining the problem you've been having and what the character and server name is. They will be more than happy to relocate your character for you; I hope this helps.

    Thanks NPCPak ,thanks god it already normal again,i think it was some bug coz the cs event,after a couple hours its fine again.

    Yeah, recently if the engine cannot load your character's position for whatever reason, it will send you to the nearest city. After so many of trying to log on, it probably was able to relocate your character without crashing. Anyways, you have fun out there, my friend.

    Hi, the same thing happens to me with my main character, I was killing some monsters from a quest near Kaiator and suddenly my game was closed with the error 0109: 000. After that, I could not enter more with my main character, but with the others I can enter. I already sent a "support ticket", installed a new update that emerged yesterday, and even repaired the laucher from the tool option and nothing yet.
    Is there anything else I can do? It really scares me to think that I will not be able to use my character again...
