    most three star dungeons have been ims only in ktera for a while but other regions usually patch them back to normal

    Nope. Must be a typo. You can make the raid and enter normally through the portal.

    Well you just have to queue a healer, a tank and a trusty DPS and then you can carry the other 4 people :)

    eu received a custom change to this to allow players to enter without ims. in ktera it's required

    Yeah, it's ktera that likes ims queue. If it's not fixed tomorrow then it'll usually be fixed shortly after.
