    What if they remove lootboxes, reduce tier 11 drop to 20, 5 caprin horn per run, I think it will be more rewarding as certain drops, but we gotta see what happens after patch, if token shop is good, then we can just farm them.

    ok, just went back to read the announcement, and for the record there is no mention of a jackpot. All they say is that this "highlighted" dungeon has a chance (RNG) of "yielding A (emphasis added) bonus drop of ONE (again) of the following. . .". So, whatever our expectations or whatever we might have been led to believe by previous, unofficial, possibly offhand statements, they are doing pretty much what they said they were gonna do. With the noted exception, contramanding long-established precedent, that the gruff GM who responded in this thread acknowledged a mistake and committed to fixing it at the first reasonable opportunity. The event may not be what you want, it may seem like it sucks to you, but they did not misrepresent it in the announcement.

    It's supposed to be a continuation of the RM Highlight jackpot event...which gave jackpots to everyone in party.

    They used the same wording for both dungeon highlights (yes, people nitpicked about the wording in the RM post too, until everyone realized it was a guaranteed jackpot once it went live), and in RM everyone got the RNG-chosen jackpot, not just one person, as well as it being 100% chance for there to BE a jackpot. If the wording was the same for both, and it worked that way with RM, there's no reason for us to have expected this continuation of an event would be so worthless in comparison.

    This is also where I see the confusion. We just had a triple drop event with jackpots, then an RM event with jackpots, and are having a weeklong BG event with jackpots... all where everyone receives the same reward.

    But for the dungeon reward its RNG and competition? It's just not uniform.
