BG Credit missing

Hi I was not being awarded any BG credit after the CS run. I got the KS credits but the BG one is missing. I had this issue in my other account. I submitted a ticket a couple of weeks ago and still not getting any reply. Does anyone have the same issue? I tried spending some credits at BG store but the problem still exists. I hope the issue can be resolved ASAP since its now DOUBLE CREDIT WEEKEND and it is really annoying!

    Both KS and BC credits have a weekly limit on how much you earn. Once your character earns [200,000 credits in that week, they'll stop earning credits (this only affects the character and not the account). It's likely that you've ended up earning the 200,000 BC credits this week but your KS credits still needs to catch up. Fortunately, this is not a bug and just a part of the game. I hope this information solves the problem that you're having, my friend.

    Thanks, just returned to TERA few days ago. Not sure what is actually happening most of time. The game is changed a lot.
