Does ENMASSE even give a dam about their game anymore
Every Hour i keep checking online to see if server is back online and it's still down you would think ENMASSE would have given us an update to when the game is going to be back up again. Not to mention I have had a ticket in for over 2 weeks waiting to get my main account back due to the email on the account being hacked and are still waiting for that as well.....does anyone know when these people are going to bring the servers back on or at least give us an update to whats going on and when we will get to play again.

While I am a proponent of bluntness as I think pansies are a waste of space, I also understand the real world. @Halrath either needs to eat a taco or someone needs to take away his forum account as hes not pushing the right image as a direct agent of EME.
We all know that it is very very easy in the software world to get (1) automatic notifications when stuff goes down, and (2) automatically remotely reboot systems, and (3) automatically create a public notifications that the system is down and then that the system has been rebooted.
The fact that this has clearly NOT been done, in five+ years, shows once again, they do not care about the customers.
They care about profits alone. You are only "gamers" to them, and mostly ftp at that.
This has not changed. This is why I take six months off the game at a time for five years, and stopped paying real money for anything a very long time ago.
I mean is this an isolated incident? if so maybe a disciplinary to not let his emotions effect his work.
Otherwise I agree not a member of staff I would like to risk interacting with my customers.
