    It's not just in dungeons but it's happening in open world and in battlegrounds as well. If your in open world doing nothing, try doing something like IOD for 5-10 minutes non stop or dungeons. Literally everyone on global, parties, etc have been complaining about the server lag. Also fps is a totally different thing, that is more computer related and not network related. Yesterday and literally many days this past week everyone in my party feel the same server lag spikes. Trying to time something and then the boss does something else, then 4 people dead at same time. I usually play with 20-30 ping and it's easily noticeable when there is even a slight shortage during my rotations.

    I have a constant 40-60ms, but I'm East Coast; the only lag/freezing I've had is on the new dungeon and it wasn't just me we all froze and died to his wipe.. Sad!

    I have been BAM hunting= had no lag
    Did Kumas 10 times in a row= No lag while everyone else was complaining of lag

    The worse I've had it is my loading screen taking a little longer to load with the fanart.

    Idk. My holiday yesterday had me spiking to 400-800ms from 250ms average and it is very obvious when I rubberbanded to my death at least 4 times. And you missed a while back when the whole login server crashed.

    Speaking about loading screen lag, I am starting to take upwards of 1 minute just to load from 98% sometimes.

    The loading screen Lag I have experienced but the rest of it I truly haven't noticed yet but I am going to be running on my lvl 65s later and see if I notice anything.

    I'm having lag and lag that affects everyone, because we experience same lag at the same time that lasts 1-2 sec sometimes.

    I don't lag beside the lag I already have from playing from Iran but the thing is, I can't play the game, cause you know, server died, it means something was really wrong.

    Playing from EU. In good days i got ~160ms. Bad days +500. Problem is EME servers used to be stable and providing ~160ms, not anymore.

    If you have no lag, can you post your traceroute or diag.txt for us and EME to see? I seriously have doubts you have full knowledge of how server lag and personal lag and fps lag look like.

    The only time I really got any leg yesterday was right before servers went down and I got rekt because my skills were lagging
