In spite of all the hate-filled threads, I'd like to thank you EME

I know for a while now I've seen countless of threads and comments since a certain crack down of rules set to play, and the patch yesterday and all the server downs, but I'd like to say a few words to EME.

Thank you for all that you do! I know that there has been some ups and downs, but all-in-all, I'm still enjoying my time in the game. I don't think that will ever end. Yes I may get bored here and there, but even the most hardcore gamer gets bored sometimes.

I enjoy the dgs, the pvp, the monsters we have to face, and most of all, the combat. Thank you for the 2 new dgs we got and bringing back some of the old dgs (And some more in the near future I have heard about!!

Thank you for all your blood, sweat, and tears you put into the game (Which, uh, I hope that you DON'T actually do that, 'cause that'd be kind of gross :P)! Thank you for working with BHS as much as you can with the problems, bugs, and issues we come to you guys with.

Please, keep this thread positive! No flaming of me, the GMs, or anyone, and feel free to add your own thank you note so that EME knows how much some of us still appreciate all the hard work they do! :) I know they have their shortcomings sometimes, but don't we all? None of us are perfect, not even EME

  • None of your hard work matters when you shoot someone in the head after work. That's the situation EME is in right now.

Some people appreciate being thanked now and again, and don't confuse my gratefulness for praise

I think more than needing "positive threads" to counteract the "negative threads," we really just need people to try to remain constructive on the whole. People are rightfully upset about a lot of things, but taking it out on people who aren't the ultimate decision-makers (and mocking them at every turn) isn't going to improve the dialog.

If only there was dialogue to begin with. All I see is entire official threads on important issues with zero EME responses and mass shadow banning.

I tried to be positive and constructive, still I am trying but sorry this anniversary event is bad, DFHM is a cancer dungeon, GRID today, try and see what a cancer this is. I don't wanna get to details, but events are there for fun not getting aids. I liked events, fun events even w/o big rewards, this one is not fun and it is not even rewarding. So, after all the trash talk on server and every where I heard for defending EME on a stance against cheat, I think I can get to tell them I am very much disappointed by this anniversary event.

Thanks for what you do for us EME, tnx for fighting cheat. we appreciate it but about event, no thanks there.
  • I'm positively positive that the fault is from boths BHS and mEME, is this response positive enough?

the only positive thing I can honestly say is thanks for the wings.

People are frustrated at the lag, poor quality event, and overall way mEME has handled everything. Hope is dying fast, so it's no surprise that no one is feeling appreciative.

ok, i'll play along....I appreciate the removal of our bank tabs and not getting them back, I appreciate that they hyped up the 5th anniversary only for it to be for 65s only, I appreciate the worst lag in a long time, I appreciate for the 5th anniversary we got the temporary mount while all other regions got it permanent, I appreciate that there was nothing for us filthy casuals for the 5th anniversary, I appreciate the over priced gift boxes and sales in the cash shop for the 5th anniversary, I appreciate that the tokens cant be earned by lowbies and under geared.
I said before I was thankful for the wings, but since you were the only one that's appreciative, I figured why not.

Making people feel appreciated though makes them want to give back, more than always getting ragged on

Always being ragged on makes you want to do nothing
