Compensation?

I mean people usually shouldn't ask for this since most of the time issues are caused unforseen events, but these lags/spikes/downtimes are getting so ridiculous it's not even on reasonable bounds anymore for people who actually pay to play your game.

    1. Elite for 5-days
    2. Tera event coins x100 (similar to anniversary tokens)
    3. Appearance Change Voucher
    4. low/med/high/top tier dungeon reset scrolls x2 of each

    Did you go here? They don't go to your item claim; you have to go to the special store page to send/open them.

    This would be so lovely to receive. Normally I don't agree with the community when they holler for compensation, but considering the game is unplayable for 2 days now, things need to be done to reward your player base for putting up with it. @Halrath @Spacecats

  • i dont want them to give out more tradeable stuff that has any value, ruins the market n is bad for ppl trying to make profit out of those items like app changers. as compensation id like a server that dont lg every minute for 10 mins straight.

  • ok thats good, i just dont want more "compensation" that ruins the game n the value of items. id rather they spend time fixing the issue n getting it fixed than getting compensation while the issue is still there. i think the biggest "compensation" n what can be done for all the players is to get a grip on the whole thing cause its getting worse and worse everyday. TERA NA right now feels like a "privete server" and the whole situation jsut feels very unprofessional tbh

    The way KTERA give out compensation cahnged back in December 1st, 2016; and it varies based on the types. They have a chart for it as well.

    These are base reward. They also might add more on top of these based on type or severity of issue.

    Additional compensation include
    Federation Supply: Complete Crystalbind
    TERA coin (opens shop with various items)
    x-day VIP (Elite equivalent)... which is usually 1 or 3 days
    Race Change Voucher
    Appearance Change voucher
    Name Change voucher
    ...

    usually the vouchers come along with long-term extended maintenance of server issues.
  • We'd like to deal with the instability before we think about any compensation. Anything we do would also risk getting interrupted by the issues that are happening. Fixing the problem is our top priority at the moment.

    No need for discussion, as majority of the playerbase would like this as compensation.
