  • U may read patch notes.
There is no more credits. Instead, if u win will receive a box with loot (CRAP LOOT for now) (until now i only won ONE prime battle solution)
  • Yeah we don't get those credits anymore, they have a new credit system for battlegrounds.

It is indeed suppose to happen. The new patch (55.03 Velik's Fate) removes the ability to earn credits in every battleground, and instead rewards you with a receipt and/or a box full of goodies. These boxes have rewards that are specific to the battleground you played and it's completely random on what you earn. On another note, you're still able to earn killing spree and bellicarium reputation.
  • Do the credits come from the receipts?

No, they don't. You use the battleground receipts to turn it into a battleground victory box. When you have 5 battleground receipts, you right-click them to create your battleground victory box. There are no way of earning credits, and eventually the entire system and shop will be removed. It's possible that they will leave the NPCs there to help you obtain your other battleground boxes (being sea chest, iron gear box, battle rewards, etc).
  • What about the few cosmetic pieces that came from it? I am not understanding this big change...

If you don't have enough credits for the costumes, then that means you can no longer get them. They will also be removed when the shops do, making them unobtainable by normal means.
  • What about the weapons that are actually better than the avatar weapons. Will those be available elsewhere? What about gear for the levels between 27 and 65? Will there be some kind of token reward to replace the Bellecarium shop? What about left-over credits that didn't amount to enough to make store purchases? Will those simply be erased, (and thus hurting newer players) or will they be replaced in equivalent receipts/tokens/gold?

You're already able to earn equipment between the levels 20 to 64 by using the tokens you can obtain from vanguard quests (H).

The battleground victory box and battleground receipts is the system that replaced the bellicarium and killing spree credits.

You're able to spend those left-over credits until the end of May, then the shop will close it's doors for good and you will no longer be able to spend those credits. Receipts themselves do not act like tokens, but just a mere craftable item that can be converted into a battleground victory box.

They are gonna remove it, and focus on the avatar weapon system.

Armor pieces are now obtainable from dungeons pretty easily (with level tokens from vanguard credits), so there should be no reason at all to worry about gear to begin with.

Leftover credits will just be erased after a while. The chance of people being hurt by this change is really low to begin with, since most items are in pretty low denominations, and the shop items are on a discount for people to buy out asap.

I think the direction by BHS was very clear this patch, do dungeons and story to progress and not rely on Kumas' Royale for free exp.

Thank you. Every time I tried to post my answer, it kept getting removed so it can be approved.
  • Well, back to grinding mindless dungeons instead of enjoying a Kumas Royale every so often. I'm sorry, but unless the questing starts to feel more rewarding doing the story isn't worth it for me. It's also a bit sad they felt the need to remove the entire credit store and such, seeing as not only were mats used for gear, but you could make money here and there off boxes. Now we'll get crappy rewards from "victory chests".
  • this is absolute garbage... i wait over 20 mins to get into a queue and WIN for tier 4 feedstock.. BRING BACK THE POINTS SYSTEM.

That is the point actually, when levelling Kumas just gives way too much for not learning how to play the game.
