Single Character crash

i cant log in with one of my characters!! only one of them though the other characters ive made work fine. but every time i try to play that one character it crashes at the loading screen. WHAT DO???? D:

    You're going to have to sumbit a ticket to the En Masse support team explaining about the problem you're having, the name of the character that you're experiencing this problem with and the server name. Once that's submitted, they will be able to relocate your character to a position where you won't crash. I wish the best of luck to you, my friend.

    i figured it out. it kept happening when i would try to enter velika sanctuary. it might have been a glitch idk tho. but after leaving that character for a couple hours it worked again.
