Enmasse what are you doing?

sorry but i'm not english. I living in europe, there are some years i leave TERA Gameforge to come TERA enmasse because it was better. So many event, reward, good community that help EU player.
I still keep playing but I noticed that now the players are complaining more and more of you and I have more and more this impression for me that I feel this desire to complain to you.
- Events are present, but less good
- Servers are becoming less stable in recent times, i don't know if it's because you need to do some test for TERA console and you need server
- The anniversary event is not terrible honestly, you increase anniversary token but....the big mistake you just made untradeable/unbankable
- More and more event cash shop, loot box ... I know you need money and others to run the company enmasse but it has an impact in play (anniversary lootbox i think it's a joke x))
Maybe other points but I also let others tell their impression on this game and you enmasse.
I love this game, but the more time goes by and the more you make me regret to continue playing and be gone from gameforge that they straighten up and do what you were doing before...
Where are you enmasse ? Please be nice to us.
I think the anniversary is a big mistake, we have known better
for example we can win a flying skill dragon on gameforge with anniversary event then your anniversary token it's a joke it's really impossible 600 tokens 
Some people will tell me to go on gameforge but I would not do that. I'm just saying what a lot thinks. My voice will not count much on my own but perhaps together we will do great changes.

Gameforge removed masterwork alkahest boxes from TERA EU a while back before adding them back in later. It caused a mass exodus of EU players to come to the NA servers. At least I think that's what happened if I remembered correctly.
