There's some S1.Engine tweak that you change to remove the V-sync limiter (that i have NO IDEA why it's set at 80 FPS).
And frankly I don't see why you even want anything higher...
Check your PMs, it's actually a few NVidia settings and other stuff.

I haven't made any changes to a file like that.
Thanks.. i already tweaked my Nvdia.. turned off th vsync.. just the tera.. didn't know you can go higher than 82fps lol XD
I agree with your whole setup here almost completely, but one thing i'm kinda confused about is why you would game on a crappy tv. The input lag is just awful from every experience i've had gaming on tvs. I can do turn based games or slow paced games on tvs decently but even those the mouse lag you notice is just the worst. The bigger the tv, the greater the input lag. 60 inch is pretty awful for this in almost all tvs except some very rare cases. I have a 60 inch plasma and 40 inch led tv, both are fine for low fps console games but for pc games you see the weakness.
I suggest you get a gaming monitor with some type of vesa mount where you can adjust it right infront of you for real gaming and use the tv for random less fast games. And if you do get a gaming monitor, get a 21:9 ultrawide you will never want anything to do with 16:9 again after that, believe me.
