FPS drop during Timescape's second boss

Does anyone else experience abnormally low FPS during Timescape's second boss fight, and does anyone know how to fix it? My machine is fine on graphics preset 5 when doing solo content, and it can handle group content with good FPS if I drop the preset to 1, but my FPS is always 12 or lower during that boss fight. I think it has to do with the room the fight is in, as my FPS stays low even after the boss is dead, until I get close to the edge of the room while on my way to the last boss.

    Yeah, its cus of lasers, ball(s), and then player animations make it laggy af.

    Idk I play on the lowest settings and my fps stays above 25 o.o

    There's two issues that can occur on this boss to cause issues. First being Lurid Display in the graphics options, setting it to 0 takes care of one of the causes a bit and sometimes entirely. The other problem is a gpu problem.
