Race Changed to Aman: Can't equip my costume now.

You'd think that there were systems in place that would also modify existing costumes/armours to match the changing race. 25$ well spent, /golfclap

    You will have to send a ticket to Support. They will change your costumes to match your new race, so long as there is an existing version of that costume (For example, if you race change from elin to aman, and you have an Elin raincoat costume, that costume will not be replaced or changed, as there is no raincoats for aman)

    The costumes will not be unbinded. From my past experience, they will be sent in a parcel alreayd soulbind to your character. This is to prevent exploiting the system, and requesting your costumes to be changed just for the sake of selling them later.

    There are some exceptions tho. From past experience, a GM was nice enough to remove my dyable elin mailot with custom tag, and re send it to me just so that i could write something else on the tag. The costume came unbinded due to the nature of the custom tag.

    RIP, I wanted to rearrange my characters around Tera, I gotta ask them then before changing, deleting any chars that what can happen to my costumes lol

    it ain't gonna be fast. They're packed with "WTS LAG" reports and whatnot. These costume replacement posts are usually one week or two.

    costume changes when you race change have always been the lowest priority when it comes to support tickets. the state of your costumes is far less important than say someone who can't get into their game or something game-breaking.

    that being said BHS not having some built in mechanic or trade-in shop where you can swap costumes for other race equivalents is an insane oversight. when you make the majority of your revenue off costumes and then race changes cost a whopping 25 bucks.... mind-blowing. having them get change via support ticket is so antiquated it hurts.

    Would have just been simpler if cosmetics weren't divided by gender and further by race. They should just be similar to armor types with the only restrictions being the Elin and gender restrictions for cosmetics that are only for Elin or for a single gender. This is just one of the examples where BHS has something set up that causes headaches for the publishers.
