[Idea] High-ping only 3v3 tournament

As we all know, Tera PvP is largely ping dependent. Being able to staggerlock at high ping is a miracle as most players actually have the window to dodge out of the way. In essence, as long as you have a high ping to the server, you are already at a huge disadvantage in PvP.

Thus, I would like to throw this idea onto the table, where high ping players can show off what fun PvP can provide. It isn't about the rewards, it is about proving one's worth in the PvP community, without the need to go the uphill battle for no particular reason. It is also a big message I want to send to EME/BHS about how important international players are in making TERA possible today.

Right now I am just doing a rough draft. I won't promise that this tournament will happen, but if you give the support, we as players can do our best to make it happen.

Tentative Rulings:

1) Gear must be agreed on. We can either make an any gear counts or put some form of an EQ. The easiest entry point would be as follows:
+12 Slaughter Gear or Low Tier Equivalent (Any rolls allowed, so you can roll for PvP)
No Circlets
Any Innerwear
Any Crystals
Resized Jewelry are allowed
Brooch cannot be casted in fight to make matches fairer.

2) Minimum Average Stable Ping for each player: 160ms. Spikes do not count in calculation. Physical location AND tracert possibly needed to verify ping. If ping dependent skills (eg: rapid fire) are shown to not reflect your average ping, you are disqualified. From what I know, Australia and SEA region are automatically accepted because they are definitely above 200ms lol.

3) No tools allowed to give an unfair advantage.... wait a minute EME banned them.

4) Regular 3v3 rules apply: Only one healer allowed per team, No two of the same class, no running out of the designated fighting area (if not done in Skyring)

5) No double accounting etc.

6) Matches are done via Discord, potential livestream of the event.

Contemplating via Skyring, but without EME's support it is hard to stream (the whole point of the tournament to begin with) matches, so chances are it will be done on one of the PvP servers.
