Reset time delayed 3 hours?

So what happened to the daily vanguards reset time? Why has It delayed 3 hours (8am Pacific instead of 5am Pacific) and is that going to get corrected?

    I have not seen them post anything about if this will change again, so I'm personally working under the assumption that this is the new normal at least until the next patch, but I may have missed something.
