Vanguard Quest menu wont open

My Vanguard Request Menu wont open
tried pressing H and clicking on the menu but it does nothing
It just started since the latest patch
EMEversioncheck does nothing but my game is up to date

    Mine just started doing the exact same thing. It stopped opening for no reason. The vanguard missions are now stacking up every time I do a different instance. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. Every other button on the menu works except vanguard requests. If there is a fix, please let me know!

    I'm having the same problem, I had to stop playing, impossible to play without one of the most important features of the game.
