    Do you know that you have to go to the gifting center to open them, and then the prize goes to your item claim? The box doesn't go to your item claim.

    https://store.enmasse.com/tera/gifts You open your box or send your box to a friend here. Then the item you won gets delivered to your item claim. If the prize you won isn't showing up in your item claim after you open the box on the website, you should send in a support ticket.
