Maybe I am being antsy or something, impatient even... But 6 days and no response to a ticket I put in, is this normal?

    It looks like they're a bit behind right now so yeah it's normal. The message at the top says "The current response time for new support tickets is 5-7 days. We apologize for the delay." so give it a little more time. They have a lot of back log from current issues with the new patch. They'll get to you eventually!

    I've had GMs answer tickets in the middle of the night and on weekends so they're pretty active. It's just that there are so many tickets in now. Hopefully they'll get caught up soon. c:

    at certain points it went up to 12 days : ) and no they do not work weekends.

    It's normal for them to fall behind a bit after a new patch like this, especially with how many issues that popped up.

    Considering it's Memorial Day, AND it's right after a major patch, I wouldn't count on support tickets getting answered.

    Hopefully, after fixing major issues, we should get this problem under control.
