I can't see speech bubbles

How the tittle says, i can't see speech bubbles on players, mobs, npc. Is annoying because sometimes people says something important in party chat and I can't see it because i normally don't see chat box while dungeons. There's a option where i can enable it? Or does graphics settings affect in this? I have all in minimun.

    From what I've seen while searching, it's a random bug that happens when you enter an instance. No options, and no fixes, aside from relog/restart.

    It was really annoying last patch when I had to face Kaprima, since he calls out the bleed-inducing spin attack. I ended up making a separate tab for say/party, and disabled system messages in that tab.

    Try disabling "Automatically hide UI during battle" if it is checked.
