And yeah, sorry for the confusion -- for the instructions in the second half, you should use the line provided regardless of the IP address it gave you in Part 1. The Part 1 is just so that EME can be made aware of which servers have gone bad. I've checked and submitted all the ones mentioned in this thread -- thanks!
