    I searched up the ip address that all of you have gotten.

    That ping address seemed to be a Singapore-USA continental route.

    Would like to confirm if everyone affected by this issue is from the SEA region at least?

    And yeah, sorry for the confusion -- for the instructions in the second half, you should use the line provided regardless of the IP address it gave you in Part 1. The Part 1 is just so that EME can be made aware of which servers have gone bad. I've checked and submitted all the ones mentioned in this thread -- thanks!

    Thanks guys! It worked after I added the line below at the end of the document C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (NOT hosts.txt):
    206.248.168.162 patch.tera.enmasse-game.com
