Blocking an attack with wallop should grant HTL stack

Good idea or bad?
To me it just seems logical. Not sure why it isn't like that already.

    Cuz BHS logic that's why.
    In all seriousness though, Wallop didn't have a frontal block effect when Lancer was first released, so that's why it doesn't grant HTL stacks.

    Yeah I agree. It's a block. There's no reason it shouldn't, and it's really annoying at the start of the fight where the boss doesn't attack very frequently to feel like you're screwing yourself over using wallop when it lands against a blockable attack that could've gotten you a hold the line stack.
