I'm done with this elitist crap. Done with this item level crap. Done trying to get a +15 masterwork item, something that has always eluded me. Done with being kicked from dungeons for one death. Done with the random team generators that puts me on a losing CS team 99.99% of the time. Done with the crap RNG giving ALL drops to other team players. Done with being one of the 4 players in the game that can't make money so I can enchant or craft. Done with those irritating mssages of those that get all the good enchants or items from loot boxes and knowing I'll never see that.

I forgot to mention the dicks in global and the seemingly lack of support when reporting people. I see the same reported people daily.

I love Tera but this crap is putting me over the edge.

And I know what all of you are going to say. 'Git gud'- 'Uninstall'. Quit. Gib me ur stuff.

Is it any wonder I hate people?

Well if you keep calm, you will have stuff too. All players were noobs once and had to see veterans got gear far before them. Unless players that are playing from the start, of course.

I started when the game originally with F2P. Pre steam. Too time off and came back when steam released. Always had those same issues.

Turn off most of your chats, find a nice small guild and just do runs with them. Global is pretty cancerous, and people can be very elitist but if you find a small guild that is like a family the game becomes much more enjoyable when you don't have to deal with most people, also just block people!

When it comes to making money, it is difficult to make money whilst gearing up since all your money potential is put into enchanting/masterworking. You can make money just by doing vanguards, buying MWA boxes or Niveots and selling them. You can also get tokens from IoD BAM vanguards + Celestial Arena which you can buy random things from and sell. Trust me, after you finish enchanting a decent set of gear, you can start selling feedstock/masterwork and making plenty of money.

Tera is quite a grind in endgame and RNG doesn't help, which makes it more of a grind.

But you could always try to start fresh on a different server and hope it is less toxic than the one you are currently on!

If you try to do everything all at once you are going to face plant. Pick one piece and upgrade them one by one. And if you are dying practice it's the only way to get better, no one can teach you that. And certainly no one can do it for you.

I suggest just doing vanguards,stockpile mats and either enchant,or sell and buy the gear made.work wonders for me

Makes me wonder what the "four" of you are doing if you can't make money. The methods to make money in this game is a lot, even if it isn't plain as day. For example, do your vanguard dailies, get vanguard creds, buy Masterwork Alkahest boxes, sell alkahest. There's some money there. Another is get Tier 8 or Tier 9 feedstock, sell feedstock, get money. Honestly it sounds to me that you're being a little too lazy, everything is already readily provided for you.

This game i noticed is very group dependent. Find some friends and stick with them. If you're solo plalyer ( like me ) it's a nightmare trying to get things done.

I don't get it, why do you need top gear and loot box rares? It requires a lot of effort/time/money, so if you're not willing to, just don't do it, there's nothing wrong with that. Enjoy the game, most of the content can be done with mid tier gear, if not all. You can also block toxic players instead of having to deal with them on global until they get banned

I guess, you've got kicked from SSNM or ABHM. People want +15 to faster clear for Pug party.

Join a good guild that helps new players.

Bad guild= LF +15 dps for party member or say nothing and ignores +12 guildmates.

Not really hard to get stuff solo. I play solo a lot and have a decent amount of gold and geared characters. You just gotta know what to do and be smart with your gold.

You know this a MMORPG, right? You can play Kirito-style, but that doesn't mean it's the most efficient way of doing things.

I think it'd really help if you got some friends. Sadly, Nexus is no more. I found a lot of my friends through Nexus.
