Hi, i'm new to lvl 65 and a lot of things changed in these years in the game.
I got my guile set masterworked +12 and now what it's best to do? Is it worh spending money rolling good stat on this armor? What's the best choice next set to do after guile? I'm a lancer. thanks

While doing Bathysmal Rise and Velik's Hold to obtain Misery gear (the next set of gear you should be aiming for,) I would advise that you roll good stats on the armor you have presently. As a tank, you're basically the heartbeat of a dungeon. If you cannot hold aggro and take a few hits, the boss will spin and, quite severely, hinder your groups' DPS. The bosses have undergone a crit resist buff, hp buff and endurance buff, so it is vital that you're able to hold hate.

- Obtain correct weapon, armor and jewellery crystals (niveots and vrysks)
- Obtain correct rolls on your weapon, armor, gloves and boots
- Obtain all required jewellery, inner wear and brooches? (Circlet is not necessary.)
- Obtain all necessary glyphs for your class
It's worth getting the correct rolls on Guile, because it is very easy to do so and because 3 star dungeons, with higher endurance, hp and crit resistance, require the most optimal equipment (Guile) before attempting them and doing decent DPS.
Next equipment to aim for is the Misery set. The gloves and armor can drop by Bathysmal Rise Normal Mode and the weapon and boots can drop from Velik's Hold Normal Mode.

First off dont be so self centered and egoistic, just because you didnt need those things people suggest to him doesnt mean he doesnt. Not everyone can be good at the game immediately.
Given he could just skip rerolling the gear and just save that for misery, if he is struggling to play it will help him more than your "get trolled" comments which provide nothing constructive to the discussion.
